Reiki targets the chakra system but the healing vibrations will go anywhere they are needed. I am not a healer. Your body holds all the wisdom to heal itself. An energy session is a safe space that provides your body with the tools it needs to self-heal. Most clients find this to be a highly empowering experience. When someone goes through a highly emotional or physical experience energy is created. Because energy can never be destroyed it needs a place to go and will oftentimes find a place within the body. This can create physical presentations. An energy session will help lift the stored pockets of energy allowing energy to flow in a more natural pattern. Emotions tend to come to the conscious mind when the energy lifts - which can be helpful to work through with the appropriate mental health professional. Please note that I do not provide mental health services and that must be sought out by a mental health professional. I will share any information that presents during your session. If you are uncomfortable with psychic or mediumship please let me know ahead of time. Sometimes an energy session can feel like stepping onto a battlefield depending on how much the mind and body are holding onto. Clients often feel lighter afterwards but it’s not uncommon to feel a little floaty emotional or a little unwell.
